How we work
Clear from the first message, covered every hour after that
You should know who is on your property, what they check and who to reach at any hour. This is how a contract with us starts and how it runs once guards are on site.
Getting started
From first message to first shift
You tell us about it
Send the quote form with the address, the service and the hours you have in mind.
We talk it through
We get back to you with questions about access, risks and what worries you most.
We look at the site
Where it helps, we walk the property with you to see gates, doors and blind spots.
You get a plan
A written plan of posts, hours and checks, with the quote, for you to approve.
First shift
A licensed guard, briefed on your site, signs in with dispatch and starts.
Once we're on site
24/7 dispatch behind every guard
Our dispatch is staffed around the clock. It's how guards check in, how alarms get answered, and how you reach us when plans change.
- Guards sign in and out with dispatchSo we always know who is on your property and when.
- Alarms and calls answered at any hourNights, weekends and holidays, a person picks up and acts.
- Problems reported to youDamage, intruders, a broken light or an open gate: you hear about it.
- Changes made quicklyNeed cover for a long weekend or a pour that runs late? Tell dispatch.
Our standards
Licensed and insured, without exceptions
Hiring security means trusting people with your property and the people in it. These two things are true of every guard we send.

Every Ridgeline guard holds an Ontario security guard licence. Ask to see it at any time, and ask for licence details with your quote.
Fully insured
Ridgeline Guard Services is fully insured. If your contract or your board needs proof of insurance, ask and we'll provide it.
Start with a quick request
It takes a few minutes and commits you to nothing. We reply with questions or a quote.
