Services

Guards who stay, patrols that come by, and help when an alarm goes off

Six services, all delivered by guards who hold an Ontario security guard licence and backed by our insurance and our 24/7 dispatch. Here is what each one includes and who it suits.

For builders and general contractors

Construction site guards

An open site at night is easy to walk into, and what's on it is costly: tools, copper, fuel, machines and materials waiting to go in. A guard on site through the evenings, nights and weekends makes it a much harder target.

What's included

  • A licensed guard on site for the hours you set
  • Perimeter and fence walks through the shift
  • Checks of trailers, tool cribs, fuel and machines
  • Gate control and sign-in for anyone arriving after hours

Who it's for

  • New builds, from excavation to handover
  • Renovation and infrastructure sites
  • Sites that need cover only on weekends or holidays

For property managers and condo boards

Condo building guards

Residents want to feel safe walking in at night and to know who is in their building. A guard in the lobby and on rounds gives them a person to turn to, and gives you someone watching the doors.

What's included

  • A guard at the front desk or lobby
  • Rounds of garages, stairwells, hallways and amenity rooms
  • Visitor, contractor and delivery check-in
  • Incidents written up for management

Who it's for

  • Condo and apartment buildings
  • Buildings between management companies or during repairs
  • Short-term cover after an incident

For store owners and managers

Retail store guards

A uniformed guard near the door changes what people try. Our guards watch the floor, support your staff when a situation turns tense, and keep things calm for your customers.

What's included

  • A uniformed guard on the floor or at the entrance
  • Support for staff with difficult customers
  • Opening and closing cover
  • Incident notes for your records

Who it's for

  • Independent shops and chain locations
  • Busy seasons, sales and late openings
  • Stores dealing with repeat theft

For properties that don't need a full-time guard

Night mobile patrols

A patrol guard visits your property through the night on a schedule set with you. It costs less than a guard who stays all shift, and it still means someone is checking.

What's included

  • Scheduled visits through the night
  • Doors, gates, locks, lights and fences checked
  • A walk-around of the property on each visit
  • Anything wrong reported to dispatch and to you

Who it's for

  • Smaller construction sites and empty lots
  • Plazas and stores after closing
  • Condo grounds, garages and outbuildings

For event organizers and venues

Event security

Licensed guards for a single evening or a whole season of events. We plan the posts with you before the day: who stands where, who checks what, and who talks to whom if something happens.

What's included

  • Entrance and ticket or wristband checks
  • Crowd flow, stage and backstage areas
  • Parking and drop-off areas
  • A briefing with your team before doors open

Who it's for

  • Concerts, festivals and community events
  • Corporate and private functions
  • Sports and seasonal events

For any property with an alarm

Alarm response

When your alarm goes off, our 24/7 dispatch sends a guard to the property instead of you. They check the outside and, where you've arranged access, the inside, and let you know what they found.

What's included

  • A guard sent by dispatch, day or night
  • Outside check of doors, windows and gates
  • Inside check when you have arranged access
  • A report of what was found

Who it's for

  • Commercial and retail properties
  • Construction sites with alarms on trailers or buildings
  • Owners and managers who don't live nearby
